This is the short, structured version of our FemiCore assessment: the verdict, the trade-offs in one table, and the reasoning behind every number we gave it. The product pairs four botanicals with five Lactobacillus species in one daily capsule for women, sold for urinary health, bladder control and microbiome balance. Our editorial score is 3.9 out of 5.
Our verdict
FemiCore is a reasonable formula on paper with a refund policy you can actually use. What holds it back is what the label leaves out. You do not know how much of any ingredient is in a capsule, no study has tested the finished product, and it asks you to take bearberry every day when European herbal regulators describe it as a short-course herb, roughly a week at a time.
So our position is narrow. If your symptoms are mild, a clinician has already ruled out infection and other causes, and you take no medicine that interacts with berberine or bearberry, a trial within the refund window is a defensible choice. If you want a proven effect on leaks or urgency, this product cannot promise that, and neither can we.

Strengths and weak spots
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Two ingredient lines with real human research behind them: cranberry for repeat infections, Lactobacillus crispatus in a small trial | No trial of the finished FemiCore capsule; “clinically researched ingredients” refers to the ingredients in general |
| Full list of all nine ingredients is printed | Proprietary blend: no doses, no CFU count, no strain codes, no certificate of analysis |
| One capsule a day, one bottle per month | Bearberry taken daily, against the short-course use herbal regulators describe |
| One-time packages, no autoship on the official store | Berberine brings real drug interactions, including diabetes medicines and drugs cleared by CYP3A4 or CYP2D6 |
| Per-bottle price drops to $49 on the 6-bottle package | The seller’s $179 “regular price” is a reference figure, not a price anyone pays on the official store |
| 60-day refund, counted from delivery, with a published return address | Buyer pays return shipping and must send back every bottle |
How each score was earned
Each criterion is rated from 1 to 5 in half steps. The overall figure is the plain average, rounded to one decimal. Our review methodology explains the criteria in full.
Ingredients: 4.5
The nine ingredients fit together around one idea: protect the urinary tract and support the bacteria that live in it. Cranberry and bearberry target the tract itself, and five Lactobacillus species target the microbiome side. We held back half a point because Mimosa pudica has the thinnest evidence of the group and bearberry is meant for short courses, not a daily habit.
Evidence: 3.0
Some ingredients have human data worth taking seriously. A 2023 Cochrane review found cranberry products can lower the number of repeat UTIs in women who keep getting them, and a small placebo-controlled trial of an L. crispatus product cut repeat infections, though it was used vaginally, not swallowed. Nothing has been tested as the FemiCore formula, and none of this research measured leaks or urgency.
Transparency: 3.0
The seller names every ingredient, shows its prices and publishes a clear refund page. That is the good half. The other half is missing: individual doses, CFU count, strain codes, cranberry PAC content, bearberry arbutin content, the berberine dose and any certificate of analysis. The manufacturer and the certifier behind the seals are not named.
Value: 4.0
At $49 to $79 a bottle, a month costs about $1.63 to $2.63 a day before shipping. That sits in a normal range for a multi-ingredient women’s supplement, and the larger packages bring free US shipping. We stopped at 4.0 because you are paying for amounts you cannot see.
Guarantee: 4.5
Sixty days, counted from the delivery date rather than the order date, is a usable window. The terms are written down: email support with “Refund Request” in the subject, return all bottles with the packing slip and a short note. Half a point comes off because return postage is on you.
Ease of ordering: 4.5
Checkout runs through BuyGoods and takes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Orders are one-time, taking 5 to 7 business days for US orders and international delivery for $15.95 in 10 to 15 business days. The 2-bottle package adds $9.99 shipping, which is the small reason this is not a 5.
The arithmetic
Ingredients 4.5, Evidence 3.0, Transparency 3.0, Value 4.0, Guarantee 4.5, Ease of ordering 4.5. The total is 23.5, and divided by six that gives our editorial score of 3.9 out of 5.

A good fit if you are
- A woman with mild urinary or bladder symptoms that a clinician has already assessed.
- Comfortable with evidence that covers the ingredients, not the finished capsule.
- Taking no prescription medicines, or your doctor or pharmacist has checked the berberine and bearberry interactions.
- Willing to keep the packing slip and note the delivery date, so the 60-day refund stays open.
Who should skip it
- Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding: berberine and bearberry are both ones to avoid.
- People with kidney disease, a history of kidney stones, or anyone on lithium or warfarin, unless a doctor approves.
- Anyone on diabetes medicines, blood pressure medicines or drugs affected by CYP3A4 or CYP2D6, such as cyclosporine.
- Anyone with blood in the urine, fever, flank pain, burning, or a sudden change in bladder control. Those need a doctor, not a supplement.
- Buyers who want a product with published doses and a finished-formula trial.
What would move the score
The two weakest criteria are fixable by the seller. Publishing the amount of each ingredient, the CFU count and the strain codes would lift transparency. A certificate of analysis from a named lab would help too. A controlled trial of the finished capsule, measuring urgency or leaks, is the one thing that could lift evidence. Shorter bearberry use, or a clear reason for daily use, would answer our main ingredient concern. If any of that appears, we will rescore and note the date.
Before you decide
Start with one bottle’s worth of patience, not six bottles’ worth of hope. The seller suggests at least three months before judging, but the refund window closes 60 days after delivery, so set a date to review how you feel well before that day. Our FemiCore buyer guide covers dosing, ingredients and price in one place.
