The real FemiCore website has a few fixed traits: one domain, three packages at set prices, a BuyGoods checkout and a written refund policy. This page lists those traits so you can check any FemiCore page in under a minute. It also explains the seals the site shows and what they leave out.
For the long read on resellers, ordering and refunds, see our article on the FemiCore official website. This page is the checklist version.

Traits of the genuine site
| Check | On the genuine site | If you see something else |
|---|---|---|
| Domain | thefemicore.com | A spelling variant or a different ending |
| Packages | 2, 3 or 6 bottles | A single “trial” bottle |
| Price per bottle | $79, $69 or $49 | Far lower, or a free bottle for postage |
| Billing | Paid once, no hidden autoship | A monthly charge in the small print |
| Checkout | BuyGoods | A plain card form on the sales page |
| Refund policy | Published on the help pages | No policy, or a vague one |
If every row matches, you are very likely on the real store. If even one row does not, leave before you type any card details.
The BuyGoods checkout
BuyGoods is the retailer behind the official checkout. When you pick a package on the sales page, the payment step should show BuyGoods. What to confirm on that screen:
- The package you chose, with the matching bottle count.
- The total: $158 plus $9.99 shipping, $207, or $294 for US orders.
- Shipping of $15.95 if your address is outside the US.
- No line for a subscription, autoship or a second charge later.
- Your email address spelled correctly, since the confirmation goes there.
Price details and cost per day sit on our price page.
Payment methods
| Method | Listed on the official checkout |
|---|---|
| Visa | Yes |
| Mastercard | Yes |
| Discover | Yes |
| American Express | Yes |
| PayPal | Yes |
| Bank transfer, gift cards, crypto | Not listed |
A request to pay by wire, gift card or crypto for FemiCore is a strong sign you are not on the real store. Card and PayPal payments also give you a dispute route if something goes wrong.

Support and refund contact path
The refund rules are published at thefemicore.com/help/refunds.php. In order:
- Clock: you have 60 days, starting on the delivery date.
- Contact: email support, subject line “Refund Request”.
- Parcel: every bottle you received, opened or sealed, plus the packing slip.
- Note: your name, the email used to order and your order ID.
- Address: 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, USA.
- Cost: return postage is paid by you.
Only orders placed on the official store follow this path. For what to keep on file from day one, see our where to buy page.
Look-alike site warning signs
- The domain differs from thefemicore.com, even by one letter.
- The page offers a free or “just pay shipping” bottle.
- A coupon box promises a price far below $49 a bottle.
- The card form sits on the sales page with no BuyGoods step.
- Payment by wire, gift card or crypto is requested.
- The page claims FemiCore cures leaks or infections.
- There is no refund policy, or no mention of returning the bottles.
One tick is enough reason to leave. Our FemiCore scam article walks through common copycat tricks in more depth.
What even the genuine site does not show
A real site is not the same as a fully transparent one. These details are missing from the official FemiCore pages, so no seller, genuine or fake, can show them to you:
- Individual doses for the nine ingredients, which sit in a proprietary blend.
- The CFU count of the five Lactobacillus species, and their strain codes.
- The PAC content of the cranberry extract and the arbutin content of the bearberry.
- The berberine dose.
- A certificate of analysis for a batch.
- The name of the manufacturer.
A page that claims to list exact doses or lab results for FemiCore is adding information the official site does not publish. Treat that as a reason for doubt, not as extra trust.
After you pay
A confirmation email should arrive at the address you entered; keep it, since it holds your order ID. Parcels to US addresses need 5 to 7 business days, and those sent abroad 10 to 15. Mark the day the parcel arrives, because the refund window counts from that date and not from the day you paid.
If nothing arrives within those windows, email support with your order ID. Because the refund window opens only on delivery, a slow parcel does not use up any of your 60 days. Keep the emails you send and receive, in case the order needs to be traced later.
The seals and what they mean
The official site shows five seals. They are the site’s statements; the manufacturer and the certifier are not named, so we cannot check them independently.
| Seal on the site | What it claims | What it does not tell you |
|---|---|---|
| GMP Certified | Made under good manufacturing practice rules | Which body certified it, or which plant |
| Made in USA with imported ingredients | Assembled in the US | Where each ingredient comes from |
| Natural ingredients | The formula uses natural ingredients | Doses, which are not disclosed |
| Made in an FDA registered facility | The plant is registered with the FDA | A product approval (the FDA does not pre-approve any supplement) |
| Non-GMO | No genetically modified ingredients | Who tested this |
