This is our plain-spoken Yu Sleep review. It is a liquid nighttime formula taken with a dropper, and its seller presents it as an evening aid for unwinding, falling asleep and resting more deeply. We read the label, went through the order page and the refund terms, and then put a number on it.

Our verdict in one paragraph
Yu Sleep turns a bedtime wind-down into something you finish in seconds: two droppers, then lights out. The label prints melatonin 0.9 mg, vitamins B2 and B6 and a 637 mg blend of seven ingredients, from tart cherry to lemon balm to L-theanine. Choose six bottles and each costs $49, which is about $1.63 a night, with free shipping and three bonuses in the box. You have 60 days to decide. We rate it highly for adults who want a short ritual and some patience. It supports a routine and does not replace a doctor’s advice.
What Yu Sleep is
Each 2 fl. oz. (60 ml) bottle holds about 30 servings, and a serving is 2 mL, so a bottle runs a month of evenings. The bottle calls it an “Advanced Nerve Support Formula”, and the seller’s headline talks about a calmer mind at bedtime and fewer 3 AM wake-ups. We treat that as the aim of the formula, not a promise.
The formula combines melatonin with two B vitamins and a blend of fruit, mineral, herb and amino acid ingredients. The seller calls them “10 deep-sleep ingredients”, counting seven in the blend plus B2, B6 and melatonin. Everything the seller says about the liquid stays attributed to the seller.
What we like
- A tiny routine. Two droppers in the evening. Nothing to stir, count or time.
- A label with real numbers. Melatonin 0.9 mg, B2 0.5 mg and B6 0.5 mg sit beside the full blend list.
- Clear refund window. You get 60 days counted from your order, with a simple way to reach support.
- Better value at higher volumes. Three or six bottles ship free and bring all three bonuses.
- The lowest nightly cost. Six bottles come to about $1.63 a night.
- Bonuses with a bedtime theme. Eleven bedtime stories in eBook and audio, an eBook of evening rituals and a guide to evening foods the seller suggests avoiding.
- A sensible caution up front. Melatonin and 5-HTP mean some buyers should check with a doctor first. Our safety page covers the detail.
Who Yu Sleep suits
It works nicely if you:
- prefer one evening ritual to a drawer of bottles
- like measuring drops better than swallowing capsules
- want a calmer, more deliberate end to the day
- enjoy bedtime stories or evening-ritual reading
- can commit to daily use for a few weeks
It is less convincing if you expect an instant change overnight, are under 18 or hope a bottle will stand in for professional advice. Keep taking any prescribed medicines and check with your doctor before the first serving.

What the price looks like
Three sizes are offered. Two bottles come to $138 ($69 apiece) plus shipping. Three bottles total $177 ($59 apiece) and six total $294 ($49 apiece); both of those ship free and add all three bonuses. Spread over one serving a night, six bottles land near $1.63 a night ($294 / 180), three near $1.97 ($177 / 90) and two near $2.30 before shipping ($138 / 60). Our price page goes deeper.
The evidence in context
No study exists for Yu Sleep itself, and we are not going to imply one does. The case for the formula rests on its lineup: melatonin, B2 and B6, plus a blend that includes tart cherry, magnesium glycinate, lemon balm, L-theanine and others, the kind of ingredients shoppers tend to look for when they think about bedtime. The seller frames the formula as support for relaxing, falling asleep and sleeping more restfully, and that is as far as we go. The refund window softens the gap, since a trial that disappoints costs you weeks and not the product price.
What to expect after you order
When the bottle turns up, read the Supplement Facts panel. Then decide where it will live. The directions are two full droppers in the evening before bed, and the seller suggests leaving the bottle by the bed. It also suggests daily use for at least 21 days, so give it that long before drawing conclusions. A short note each morning about how the night went gives you real data as the 60 days run down. Hang on to your confirmation email, because your order details are in it if you ever need help.
Our recommendation
For an easy evening ritual, we recommend Yu Sleep without hesitation. Six bottles give you the lowest cost per bottle plus all three bonuses, and three bottles suit a shorter commitment. Either way, the refund window keeps the downside small while you find out how it suits you.
