The Genius Switch Official Site: Pages, Checkout, Contacts (Independent Guide)

The site, page by page

Page	What it holds
Home (geniusswitchoriginal.com)	The sales page: the “Genius Switch Audio Series” heading, a “Top NYC Brain Doctor” headline, the price shown as “Today Just For $39” after crossed-out $200, $100 and $49, and a 90-day guarantee badge with “terms apply”
/video/	The 36-minute sales video
Terms	Terms of Sale for the $39 digital article, the refund policy, the testimonial disclosure, a section headed “For Entertainment Purposes Only” and a note on marketing emails
Refund page (/TOS/refunds/)	A bottle refund policy for a different product, NeuroActivate (see below)
Contact page	The product support address, [email protected]

The site also carries an FDA-style disclaimer, saying the product is not meant for diagnosing or treating disease. Its reference list cites gamma stimulation and 40 Hz binaural-beat papers, even though the narrator insists his approach has “nothing to do with brain waves”. Our benefits page looks at that mismatch.

The ClickBank checkout

Pressing the order button moves you from the seller’s site to thegeniusx.pay.clickbank.net, a ClickBank page. ClickBank is the retailer that takes payment and sends your receipt. On that page you should see:

1. The product named as The Genius Switch, labelled “Digital Product”.
2. Wording that promises “Immediate access” once payment is approved.
3. The price in your local currency, with tax added where it applies.
4. A ClickBank policy offering a return or replacement within 90 days.

If the payment form sits anywhere other than pay.clickbank.net, close the tab.

Statement line and contacts

What	Detail
Card statement	CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch
Receipt and order number	Sent by ClickBank
Track delivery	Emailed right after checkout
Marketing emails	Sent from GeniusSwitchOfficial.com, per the Terms
Product questions	Contact page on the official site, [email protected]
Order and payment questions	ClickBank order support, 1-800-390-6035

Note the statement line on the day you buy. A charge that reads CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch a few weeks later is easy to mistake for something you did not order.

Three refund texts, one purchase

The site and its checkout carry three pieces of refund wording, and they do not agree.

Source	Window	Condition	Fits a digital track?
Terms page	90 days from your initial purchase	Covers digital products	Yes
ClickBank checkout	90 days from the date of purchase	Return or replacement of any product	Yes
Refund page (/TOS/refunds/)	60 days	Unopened NeuroActivate bottles, posted to Tallmadge, OH	No

The third row is a leftover from a supplement that comes in bottles. There is nothing to post back for a file, so treat the Terms and the ClickBank checkout as the policies that count. ClickBank’s general support page mentions 60 days for most products; for The Genius Switch, the 90 days come from the product’s own checkout and Terms. The video calls it a “100% ironclad” guarantee; the written versions above are what you can hold the seller to.

Signs you have landed somewhere else

The genuine pages share a few fixed traits, so a copy is usually easy to spot:

• The address is not geniusswitchoriginal.com, or it is a near miss with an extra word or letter.
• The order button leads to a payment form hosted outside pay.clickbank.net.
• The price, the four bonuses or the 90-day window differ from what is described above.
• The page offers an app, a game or a “free download” of the track.
• The page wants payment in crypto, a gift card or a wire transfer.

Any one of these is a reason to leave before entering card details.

What the site says about its own product

Read the Terms before you read the testimonials. Three passages shape how the rest of the site should be taken:

• Entertainment. Under “For Entertainment Purposes Only”, the Terms say brain entrainment “is not an exact science” and that the products are provided for entertainment.
• Testimonials. Feedback may be acted out by avatars or actors, some people featured may be early supporters, friends or family members of the founders, and their results are called exceptional, not typical.
• The presenter. The video’s narrator introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone. We were not able to verify who he is or what role he has, and nothing on the site lets a buyer check.

The safety page covers listening cautions, and the review gives our overall score.

What to save after ordering

• The ClickBank receipt email with your order number.
• The delivery email with the track.
• A copy of the file in a second place, such as a computer and a phone.
• The purchase date, which starts your 90 days.
• The two support contacts: ClickBank on 1-800-390-6035 and [email protected].
• A screenshot of the Terms’ refund section, in case the site changes later.

If a refund request stalls, the FTC explains how to dispute a card charge. To check the other places the track is offered, or not, see where to buy; prices are on the price page.
