The site, page by page

In short: a ClickBank link takes you straight to the sales letter on the home page, with no detour, gate or email wall. Everything you need to order is on that one page. The /text/ version tells the same story at more length and is optional reading.

What the home page leads with. The letter is told by a narrator who calls himself Dave Mitchell and features a neuroscientist he calls Dr. Summers. The Terms say names in the seller’s marketing are changed and pen names are used, so read them as characters in the story. Further down you will find the seller’s “How To Use” section (seven minutes a day with headphones), the price box, the bonuses and the guarantee. The footer adds that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The ClickBank checkout

Payment does not happen on the seller’s site. The order buttons move you to attractbr.pay.clickbank.net, a page run by ClickBank, which acts as the retailer. On the genuine checkout you should see:

1. The item “The Billionaire Brain Wave (90-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee)”.
2. A single item at $39, shown in your local currency with tax added where it applies.
3. A line saying digital products are available immediately once payment is approved.
4. ClickBank’s policy allowing a return or replacement within 90 days of purchase.
5. The statement name CLKBANK*BillBrainWave and ClickBank’s help line, 1-800-390-6035.

Statement line, contacts and the company

What the Terms say

The Terms and Privacy Policy page is short. The points buyers ask about most:

• Price. “You are paying $39 today for The Billionaire Brain Wave.”
• Refunds. A refund on any purchase “requested within 90 days of your initial purchase”.
• License. “A single-user personal-use copy”; no reproducing, reselling, sharing or publishing the audio.
• Age. The service is for people over 18.
• Emails. Buyers join the seller’s email lists; some emails may come from third parties, and each has an unsubscribe link.
• Purpose. The products are “provided for entertainment purposes only” and are not medical, financial, investment or legal advice.
• Marketing. Names are changed, pen names are used and some aspects are dramatized; testimonials are exceptional results that the seller does not verify.

Signs you are on a copy

• The address is not thebillionairebrainwave.com, or adds a word or letter to it.
• The payment form is not hosted on pay.clickbank.net.
• The page offers a free download, a PDF, an app or a streaming version of the audio.
• The price is not $39 before currency and tax, or the refund window is not 90 days.
• It asks for a gift card or a wire transfer.
