The Genius Switch review below is the short version, written for someone who wants a decision rather than a deep dive. You will find a scorecard, the case for and against, and a buy or skip call matched to why you are interested. Our sources were the seller’s own material: its sales page and Terms, the ClickBank checkout, and the 36-minute video. We have not tested the track on anyone, and we did not make up any reviews.

Verdict in one line Worth $39 only as a relaxed listening experiment you are ready to return; not worth buying for any of the results the video promises.

The Genius Switch review in 60 seconds

  • The product: one downloadable audio track that runs roughly eight minutes, with four digital bonuses alongside. No app, no game, nothing shipped.
  • The routine: headphones on, eyes closed, once a day. The video says a missed day does not matter.
  • The price: $39 once, through ClickBank, with tax and local currency added at checkout.
  • The refund: a 90-day window, written into the Terms and repeated at checkout.
  • The claims: eureka moments, a better memory, good luck, extra income, warmer relationships, pain relief and lost weight. Not one has been put to a test on this track.
  • The fine print: the Terms call the products entertainment and say the testimonials may be acted.

Put simply, it is cheap to try and easy to return, and almost nothing it promises can be checked.

Scorecard at a glance

We rate each area in words rather than stars, because a single number hides the trade-off. For reference, our editorial score for The Genius Switch is 3.0 out of 5. That is our editorial score, not a customer rating.

AreaOur takeWhy
What you getFairOne short track and four extras; the content of the track is never described
PriceFair$39 once; the $200, $100 and $49 figures are the seller’s reference prices
Refund protectionStrong90 days in the Terms and again at ClickBank
Ease of buying and useStrongEmail delivery, any media player, eight minutes a day
EvidenceWeakNo published study of the track; nearby research is mixed
TransparencyWeakPresenter unverified, testimonials may be acted, a refund page from another product
Health claimsWeakWeight, pain and smoking stories are anecdotes; not a treatment

Two strong rows, two fair rows and three weak ones. The strong rows protect your money. The weak rows are about whether it does anything, which is the part buyers care about most.

Check the offer against the scorecard

$39 for one emailed audio track and four bonuses. If it does nothing for you, the Terms leave 90 days for a refund.

What counts in its favor

A small, one-time cost. At $39 with no subscription at checkout, a daily listen over three months works out at well under a dollar a session. Tax and currency can move the final number slightly.

A long, written refund window. The Terms allow refunds on digital products for 90 days, and ClickBank’s checkout says the same. Because payment runs through ClickBank, you have a second route to a refund beside the seller. Keep the receipt email; it has the order number.

Almost no effort. No device, account or install. You get a file by email, save it, and listen for about eight minutes. Skipped days are fine, according to the video.

Some candor in the small print. In the Terms, the seller concedes brain entrainment is “not an exact science”, places its products under the heading “For Entertainment Purposes Only”, and says testimonials are exceptional rather than typical. On a casino story, the presenter himself grants there is “of course no evidence” of a link. That honesty is buried, but it is there.

What counts against it

Nothing tests the track. We found no published study of this recording. The closest field is binaural beat research, where a 2019 meta-analysis found a medium overall effect on some outcomes but a 2023 review found most entrainment studies did not show the brainwave change. That is far from the life changes the video describes.

The science story does not hold together. On camera, the narrator insists that brain waves are not what his approach is about. The reference list on the sales page, though, is made of gamma and 40 Hz beat research. It also leans on Roger Sperry, whose 1981 Nobel Prize was for split-brain research and had nothing to do with this product.

You cannot check the people. The man on camera introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, claiming to be a neurologist in New York City, and we found no way to confirm it. The Terms say testimonial speakers may be avatars or actors, and some may be friends, family or early supporters of the founders.

Pressure and loose ends. The video calls $39 a price “not guaranteed beyond today”. The site also hosts a stray refund page: a 60-day policy for bottles of another product, NeuroActivate, which can only confuse.

Buy or skip: match it to your reason

The right answer depends on why you want it. Find your reason in the left column.

Your reasonOur call
A short, quiet daily breakReasonable to try within the refund window
Curiosity about audio tracks of this kindReasonable, if $39 is easy to spare
Better memory or focusSkip; see a doctor if it is a real concern
Losing weightSkip; the 17 lb story is a seller anecdote
Headaches, joint pain or quitting smokingSkip; it is not a treatment
Luck, a promotion or more moneySkip; there is no evidence, by the presenter’s own admission on luck
Because the doctor in the video recommends itSkip; he could not be verified

If your reason sits in the top two rows, the purchase is a small, reversible experiment. If it sits anywhere below, the track is very unlikely to give you what you want, and the money is better spent elsewhere.

Your reason is in the top two rows?

Then it is a low-risk trial. Order through ClickBank, keep the receipt, and decide well inside 90 days.

Who should buy it, and who should skip it

Buy it if you enjoy short rituals with your eyes closed, you would happily pay $39 for a month of finding out, you have no history of seizures or hearing trouble, and you are the kind of person who actually uses a refund window.

Skip it if you are buying for a health reason, a money reason or a luck reason. Skip it if $39 is tight right now, since the “today only” framing is designed to rush exactly that decision. And if you were hoping for an app or a brain-training game, this is only an audio file. And skip it if the unverified presenter and possibly acted testimonials are deal-breakers for you, which would be a fair position.

Three questions to ask before you pay

  1. Would I be happy with just a calm eight minutes a day? If yes, the purchase can meet that bar. If you need more, nothing published suggests you will get it.
  2. Will I remember the refund date? The window is 90 days from purchase. Put a reminder in your calendar on the day you order, well before the end.
  3. Is there a better first step for my real goal? For weight, that is food, movement and sleep. For memory, mood or pain, it is a clinician.

If you do buy: a first-day checklist

  • Save the ClickBank receipt; the charge will show as CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch.
  • Download the track from the delivery email and keep a second copy.
  • Pick a low volume before the first listen. The NIDCD explains that hearing loss can build up from loud listening.
  • Keep it out of the car and away from machinery.
  • Epilepsy, any past seizure or a hearing condition? Ask a doctor about it before day one.
  • Write one line after each session, so your decision rests on your own notes.

If a refund is refused or ignored, the FTC’s page on card disputes walks through the next step.

Bottom line

Our Genius Switch review comes down to two halves that do not meet. The purchase is easy and well protected: $39, an emailed file, eight minutes a day and 90 days to change your mind. The promises are another matter: untested, resting on borrowed science and testimonials the seller says may be acted, under Terms that call it entertainment. Buy it for a quiet routine if you like, and skip it for anything you actually need fixed.

Decided it fits your reason?

Order only through the ClickBank checkout, note the purchase date, and set a refund reminder before day 90.
