The Genius Song review on this page is the one-page version. If you only have a few minutes, read the verdict and the scorecard, then jump to the buy or skip table. We built it from the seller’s sales pages, its Terms of Sale, the ClickBank checkout and the captions of the 39-minute sales video. None of us has played the track, and no reader reviews appear here, because we cannot connect any of them to a real purchase.

Our editorial score 2.8 out of 5. Easy to order and well covered by a refund window, but weak on evidence and openness about who is behind it.

The Genius Song review verdict in one paragraph

You are paying $39 for a short audio track, which the seller says lasts about seven minutes and should be played daily with headphones and eyes closed. The sales video credits it with sharper thinking, luck, income, closer relationships and even weight loss, yet nothing published tests the recording, and the seller’s own Terms file its products under “for entertainment purposes only”. The safest part of the deal is the money side: one payment, a ClickBank receipt and a 90-day refund window. Treat it as a cheap, reversible experiment in a listening habit, and nothing more.

Scorecard by criterion

The Genius Song review infographic: our scorecard per criterion, with an editorial score of 2.8 out of 5

Why each criterion scored the way it did

What’s included: 3.0

The core is one recording. The checkout lists it as a digital product with no shipping and no repeat billing. The extras are where it gets muddled. In the video the presenter promises “three free bonuses” and goes on to name four: an audio for children called “The Genius Child”, a century-old book on attracting financial success, a guided visualization from a Calm app creator and a five-habit printable. The text page advertises “4 free bonuses” and then shows only three, leaving out the children’s audio. A middle mark fits.

Evidence: 2.0

Gamma brain waves exist, and MIT researchers have studied 40 Hz sound and light, mostly in mice bred to model Alzheimer’s disease. Binaural beat findings point both ways. Pooled results in a 2019 meta-analysis came out at a medium effect size for some outcomes, yet a 2023 PLOS ONE review saw the brainwave change itself missing from most entrainment studies. No study looks at this track, and the claims about luck and income have no research behind them at all.

Transparency: 1.5

The footers of the sales pages say “Robert Lake” is a pen name. The Terms say marketing names have been changed, scenes may be dramatized, avatars or actors may voice the feedback, some people were compensated, and some are connected to the founders. Customer totals disagree as well: 18,366 in the video against 19,389 in a page headline, with no way to check either. Then there is the refund page, which describes 60-day returns of “NeuroActivate” bottles to an address in Ohio.

Value: 3.0

$39 is a modest one-time cost, and there is no subscription in the checkout data. Crossed-out figures of $200, $100 and $49 sit above it; those are reference prices set by the seller. Whether $39 is good value depends entirely on whether you enjoy the habit, since the promised outcomes are unproven.

Guarantee: 4.0

Digital purchases qualify for a refund when you ask inside 90 days, according to the Terms, and ClickBank’s checkout repeats that limit. That is the strongest part of the offer. It loses a point only because the stray bottle policy can confuse a buyer looking for the right page.

Ease of ordering: 3.0

Checkout is a standard ClickBank page, and the statement shows CLKBANK*Genius Song. Two things cost points. On the seller’s video page, the order button is set to appear only after about 18 minutes of playback. And a reader clicking through from a review lands first on a page about a different audio, as explained further down.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • A single $39 payment, with nothing physical and no subscription shown at checkout.
  • Very little effort: a few minutes a day with headphones.
  • A 90-day refund window, written in the Terms and in ClickBank’s policy.
  • The Terms are frank in places, calling brain entrainment “not an exact science”.
  • Asked about winning at a casino, the presenter concedes there is “no evidence” linking the track to it.

Cons

  • No published study of the track, and the big promises (money, luck, weight, pain) are anecdotes.
  • The presenter is a pen name, and the credentials around it cannot be checked.
  • Testimonials may be acted, paid or given by people close to the founders.
  • Bonus lists and customer totals contradict each other between pages.
  • Urgency lines such as “not guaranteed beyond today” push a quick decision.
  • The refund page belongs to a bottled product, not to this one.

Before you click

What you will see first. Our link passes through ClickBank and opens geniussongoriginal.com. Right now the seller uses that home page to promote another of its audios, The Genius Wave, while The Genius Song presentation sits on the /video/ page of the same site. The seller describes them differently (a 12-minute theta audio versus a seven-minute gamma track), so make sure the checkout names The Genius Song before you pay.

How refunds work. Inside the 90 days, ClickBank handles requests at clkbank.com and on 1-800-390-6035; keep the receipt email. Ignore the NeuroActivate refund page. Should nobody respond, the FTC’s consumer pages cover card disputes.

Listening safely (our advice). Play it quietly, keep it out of the car, and get medical advice first if seizures, epilepsy or hearing loss are part of your history.

Final word

Our editorial score of 2.8 out of 5 reflects a split. Buying and returning it is easy and well covered. Believing it is the hard part, because the presenter is a pen name, the testimonials may be acted, and no study tests the track. If you want more detail on the claims and the research, our full review of the claims and fine print covers them section by section.
