If you searched “ProDentim scam”, you are being careful, and that is exactly the right instinct. The reassuring part is that ProDentim is a real, ready-to-order supplement sold through ClickBank with a published 60-day refund policy. The real job is making sure you buy it from the right page, because a few websites use names that sit very close to the original. Here is how to spot the difference in about a minute.

Why “ProDentim scam” searches happen
Whenever a supplement becomes popular, other sites copy its name to catch the traffic. For ProDentim, search results can include sites with addresses such as prodentiim.com, prodent.im and podentim.com, and many carry titles like “ProDentim - Official Website”. These are third-party sites that use names similar to ProDentim’s. We are not making any claims about how they operate. The point is simpler: they are not the order page, and the refund steps, support lines and prices in this article are for orders placed on the official one.
That is the whole story behind most scam worries. The product is real. The confusion comes from the crowd of lookalike names around it.
The 60-second copycat check
Run these five checks before you enter any card details.
- Look at the checkout. ProDentim is sold through ClickBank. The payment step should be handled by ClickBank, and your receipt and card statement should show
CLKBANK*ProDentim. - Check the prices. The official packages are 2 bottles at $79 each plus $9.99 US shipping, 3 bottles at $69 each with free US shipping and 6 bottles at $49 each with free US shipping. Be careful with anything that looks very different.
- Check the payment type. The seller states there are no recurring shipments or charges. If a page asks you to sign up for a monthly plan, you are not on the page this article describes.
- Check the guarantee wording. The real terms are 60 days from the day of delivery, with a “Refund Request” email and all bottles returned.
- Check the route. Reach the page through a link you trust rather than a random advert or an address typed from memory.
If all five line up, you are in the right place.
A real product: what ProDentim actually is
ProDentim is a dietary supplement in the form of a soft chewable tablet that you let melt in your mouth every morning. The bottle holds 30 tablets, and the label reads “Advanced Oral Probiotics.” The seller states each tablet carries 3.5 billion probiotics from three strains, Lactobacillus paracasei, B. lactis BL-04 and Lactobacillus reuteri, along with inulin, malic acid, tricalcium phosphate and peppermint.
It is made, according to the seller, in an FDA-registered facility. The FDA does not pre-approve any supplement brand, so you will not see a genuine “FDA approved” claim for ProDentim, and any page that says so deserves caution. Our ProDentim supplement review looks at the label and seals more closely, and our ProDentim guide has the full product background.

What a real seller publishes
A genuine seller makes it easy to reach them. ProDentim’s seller publishes:
| What you want | Where it is |
|---|---|
| Refund steps | A dedicated refund page |
| Shipping times | A dedicated shipping page |
| Contact and FAQ | A contact page with FAQ |
| Terms | A terms page |
| Return address | 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, United States |
| Order support | ClickBank, 1-800-390-6035 (toll free, 24/7), +1 208-345-4245 (international), clkbank.com |

The packages you should see
| Package | Supply | Total | Per bottle | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | 60 days | $158 | $79 | + $9.99 US |
| 3 bottles | 90 days | $207 | $69 | Free US |
| 6 bottles | 180 days | $294 | $49 | Free US |

What a normal order looks like
Knowing what should happen after you pay makes anything unusual stand out straight away. A normal ProDentim order on the official page goes like this:
- You pay once on the ClickBank checkout for a package of 2, 3 or 6 bottles.
- A tracking email arrives within 60 hours.
- Your card statement shows
CLKBANK*ProDentim. - The parcel arrives in 5 to 7 working days in the US, or 10 to 15 working days for the international destinations that cost $15.95 to ship.
- No further charges appear. The seller states there will not be any recurring shipments or charges.
If every step matches, your order is exactly what it should be. If anything is different, ClickBank order support is on 1-800-390-6035 (toll free, 24/7) and +1 208-345-4245 internationally.
The story ProDentim tells, in brief
A real seller can explain what the product is meant to do, and ProDentim keeps its story modest. The seller says a 2022 study in a Springer Nature publication found that people with good teeth have more good bacteria in the mouth, and that many toothpastes and mouthwashes can harm the mouth’s microbiome. ProDentim aims to “repopulate your mouth with good bacteria.”
It says supplements take around 9 to 12 weeks to show results and recommends at least three bottles. It is not a replacement for brushing, flossing or dental visits, and results vary. That honest pacing is another sign you are reading about a genuine product rather than a miracle promise. Our guide on whether ProDentim really works shows what to expect week by week.
Questions worth asking any supplement seller
These apply to ProDentim and everything else you might buy:
- Is there a published refund page with specific steps and a time limit?
- Is there a physical return address?
- Is billing one time or recurring?
- Can you reach a person by phone, and at what hours?
- Does the label name its ingredients and state a total amount?
ProDentim answers all five: a refund page with a 60-day limit, a return address in Tallmadge, Ohio, one-time billing, a 24/7 toll-free support line through ClickBank, and a label that names three strains and four plant and mineral parts with 3.5 billion probiotics per tablet.
If you already ordered somewhere else
Do not panic. Start by contacting the seller you bought from and check their return terms. If you paid by card, your card issuer can also advise you on your options. The refund steps described in this article, including the Tallmadge address and the ClickBank support numbers, are for orders placed through the official order page.
If you would rather start fresh from the official page, the 60-day guarantee means you can try ProDentim with a clear exit plan.

Our take
The “ProDentim scam” idea mostly comes from lookalike names, not from the product. With a simple five-point check, you can be sure you are ordering from the right page. We score ProDentim 4.6 out of 5 on our own editorial scale (a score from us, not a customer rating): a clear label, a readable offer and a guarantee that starts at delivery. Learn more in our main ProDentim reviews, our guide on where to buy ProDentim and our ProDentim guide.
Good to know Results vary. ProDentim is a supplement, not a replacement for brushing, flossing or dental visits. Ask a doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.
