Let us go through the important ones.

A real product from a real retailer

ProDentim is a dietary supplement: a soft chewable tablet you let melt in your mouth each morning. A bottle holds 30 tablets. The seller states that each tablet carries 3.5 billion probiotics from three strains (Lactobacillus paracasei, B. lactis BL-04 and Lactobacillus reuteri), together with a blend of inulin, malic acid, tricalcium phosphate and peppermint. You can read a full breakdown on our ProDentim ingredients page.

The order is handled by ClickBank, which is why your card statement shows CLKBANK*ProDentim. Seeing that line is expected, not a surprise.

A refund policy you can actually follow

Scammy offers hide their refund terms. ProDentim publishes them on a dedicated refund page, and the rules are specific:

1. The guarantee lasts 60 days counted from the day your order is delivered.
2. You email support with “Refund Request” in the subject.
3. You send all bottles back, empty or not, with the packing slip and a note with your name, email and order ID.
4. You pay the return shipping.
5. The refund is processed a few days after the package arrives and takes 5 to 10 days to show on your card.

The return address is 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, United States. A genuine US address, plus a clock that starts when the parcel reaches you, is the opposite of a vague promise. Our money-back guarantee guide covers each step.

Support lines that answer

For anything about your order, ClickBank support is available at 1-800-390-6035, which is toll free and open 24/7. Callers outside the US can use +1 208-345-4245, and there is a self-service option at clkbank.com. The seller also publishes a contact page and a FAQ.

Shipping is just as clear. US orders take 5 to 7 working days and the tracking email arrives within 60 hours. Canada, the UK and Ireland, and Australia and New Zealand cost $15.95 and take 10 to 15 working days.

The story ProDentim tells

A legitimate product can explain what it is for, and ProDentim does. The seller’s story starts with a 2022 study in a Springer Nature publication that it describes as finding that people with good teeth have more good bacteria in the mouth. It adds that many toothpastes and mouthwashes can harm the mouth’s microbiome, and it positions ProDentim as a way to “repopulate your mouth with good bacteria.”

It describes a “doctor-formulated mix” of three strains and a blend of four plants and minerals, and it keeps its claims modest. The seller says it supports the health of teeth and gums and, as secondary points, the respiratory system, restful sleep and digestion. Our ProDentim guide covers each of these in context.

Three quick checks before you pay

Even with a legitimate product, a thirty-second pause pays off:

1. Read the package line and confirm it is one of the three official options.
2. Look for the shipping line. It should say free US shipping on 3 and 6 bottles and $9.99 on 2 bottles.
3. Note the guarantee date rule. Your 60 days start when the order is delivered, so save the tracking number.

No subscription surprises

One of the biggest worries with supplements is surprise billing. The seller’s FAQ puts it plainly: “There won’t be any recurring shipments or charges.” You choose a package, pay once and that is the transaction.

Package	Supply	Total	Per bottle
2 bottles	60 days	$158 + $9.99 US shipping	$79
3 bottles	90 days	$207, free US shipping	$69
6 bottles	180 days	$294, free US shipping	$49

The one thing to get right: where you buy

ProDentim is genuine. The risk lies in ending up on a page that only looks like it. Some third-party sites use names that are very close to ProDentim, with a doubled letter or a missing one. We make no claims about how those sites operate, but they are not the order page, and the guarantee and support steps in this article apply to orders placed on the official one.

The simplest habit is to click through from a trusted link, check the checkout is run by ClickBank, and look for CLKBANK*ProDentim on your confirmation. Our guide to avoiding copycat sites and our advice on where to buy ProDentim go further.

Why buyers feel good about ordering

Beyond the checklist, a few practical points make ProDentim a comfortable purchase:

• You see the total first. Three packages, three per-bottle prices and a clear shipping line.
• The guarantee starts at delivery, so shipping time never eats into your 60 days.
• Your card statement is predictable. It shows CLKBANK*ProDentim, the retailer name followed by the product.
• You can reach people. The support line is toll free and open 24/7 through ClickBank.
• The bonuses are spelled out. 6-bottle orders include the free bonus guides, up to three depending on the offer page you see.

These are small things, but together they are what a legitimate purchase feels like.

About the FDA question

You may see the phrase “FDA approved” attached to supplements. The FDA does not pre-approve any supplement brand, so no supplement can truthfully claim that. The seller states that ProDentim is made in an FDA-registered facility, and its seal row also shows GMP certified and Made in USA. That describes the manufacturing setting. It is not an approval of the product.

What ProDentim does and does not promise

The seller’s positioning is modest: ProDentim is designed for the health of your teeth and gums, built around probiotics, and meant to be taken every morning. It says supplements take around 9 to 12 weeks to show results and recommends at least three bottles. Results vary, and it is not a replacement for brushing, flossing or dental visits.

Our answer

So, is ProDentim a scam or legit? Legit. It passes every item on the checklist: a real product, a named retailer, a published refund policy, a US return address, 24/7 support and honest one-time billing.
