When The Genius Song download does not show up it is stressful, especially when the charge is already on your card. Most of these problems come down to an email filed in the wrong folder, a typo at checkout or a new device that never had the track. This page walks through each one, then tells you who to contact for what, and what to put in your message so the first reply solves it.
Fastest route Search all mail folders for “ClickBank” and “Genius Song”. Check the address on your receipt. Still nothing? Phone ClickBank (1-800-390-6035) and have the order number ready.
This article is independent: we are not the seller, and we may earn a commission if you buy through our links. We have not bought the track, so these steps are general advice matched to what the seller and ClickBank say about delivery, as we found it on October 9, 2026. The seller describes delivery in two ways, an emailed track you download and a “Private Audio Portal” login for streaming; our delivery guide explains both.
The Genius Song download problems: where to start
Before anything else, separate the payment from the delivery. Two different emails should reach you:
| Who sends it | What it proves | |
|---|---|---|
| Order receipt | ClickBank | You paid, and it gives your order number |
| Delivery or login email | The seller | How you reach the track or the portal |
| Marketing emails | The seller’s mailing list | Nothing about access; you can unsubscribe |
If you have the receipt but not the delivery email, the order went through and the problem is only access. If you have neither, the payment may not have been approved, or the address you typed is wrong. The checkout says access to digital products is immediate once payment is approved, and the video talks about delivery “in a matter of minutes”, so a gap of an hour or more is worth acting on.
No email after payment: a five-minute search
Work through these in order. Many missing emails turn up within the first three steps.
- Spam, junk and promotions. Messages with links from a new sender often land there. Gmail’s promotions tab is a common hiding place.
- Search the whole mailbox for “ClickBank”, “Genius Song” and “GeniusSongOfficial”. The seller’s marketing emails come from GeniusSongOfficial.com, so delivery messages may too.
- Check other inboxes. If you have more than one email account, the browser may have filled in a different one at checkout.
- Look at the receipt. The address ClickBank used is printed there. A single wrong letter explains everything.
- Mark the sender as safe once you find it, so the next message does not vanish.
Haven’t ordered yet?
Type your email address slowly at checkout and you avoid most access problems. The track costs $39, refundable on request for 90 days.

A typo in your email address
If the receipt shows a misspelled address, the delivery email went somewhere you cannot read. Contact ClickBank order support, explain the mistake and give the correct address together with the order number. ClickBank can look up the order from those details. Do not place a second order to fix it; that only creates a second charge you then have to undo.
Opening it on a new phone or computer
A new phone or laptop is another common reason for “I lost it”. What to do depends on which delivery you received.
- If you got a download link, open the original email on the new device and use the link again. If it has expired, ask the seller to resend it.
- If you saved a file, copy it from your old device or your backup by cable, by cloud storage you already use or by your phone’s sharing feature.
- If you got a portal login, sign in on the new device with the same details. The text page says the portal plays “from any device”, so nothing should need reinstalling.
Keeping your own copy, where allowed
If what you receive is a file, keep it in two places: the device you listen on and one backup. If it is a stream-only portal, there may be no file to keep, and recording a stream is not something the seller’s pages address. Ask before you try anything like that.
Per the Terms, you are buying a “copyrighted digital article” licensed for your own personal use: one listener, no sharing, no resale. A spare copy on a second device of yours, played only by you, sits within that. Sending the track to friends or uploading it does not.
Who to contact for what
| Problem | Contact | How |
|---|---|---|
| Charged but no receipt | ClickBank order support | Phone 1-800-390-6035, or the lookup at clkbank.com |
| Wrong email address on the order | ClickBank order support | Give the order number and the correct address |
| Link, file or portal will not open | The seller | [email protected] |
| Missing bonus item | The seller | Name the bonus and the page that listed it |
| Want your money back | ClickBank | Within 90 days, with the order number |
The bonus row matters because the seller’s own pages disagree. Spoken aloud in the video, the count is three, yet four items follow: The Genius Child audio, a vintage money book, guided imagery linked to a Calm app creator and a printable habit sheet. The written page counts four but gives details for three, and the children’s audio is not among them. Ask support which ones your order includes.
Checking the offer before buying?
Payment and receipts run through ClickBank, product help comes from the seller’s support address, and refunds stay open for 90 days.

What to put in your message
A complete first message usually gets a complete first answer. Include:
- your ClickBank order number, from the receipt
- the email address you entered at checkout
- the date and time of the order
- what you received so far (receipt only, an email with a broken link, a portal that rejects your login)
- the device and browser you are using
Keep it short. One clear paragraph with those five details beats a long story.
Fake “release your track” messages
Missing deliveries attract scammers. Be wary of any message that asks you to pay again, “verify” your card or log in through a link you did not expect. The checkout promises access once payment is approved, so a genuine delivery should not need your card a second time. The FTC’s advice on phishing applies here: do not click the link, and contact the company through details you already trust, such as the phone number on your receipt. More on look-alike pages in our guide to protecting yourself.
When access never works: the refund route
If you cannot get the track working, you are not stuck with the charge. Digital orders stay refundable for 90 days under the Terms, the same span ClickBank prints at checkout, so contact ClickBank with the order number. Ignore the /TOS/refunds/ page linked in the footer. It was written for NeuroActivate bottles (60 days, unopened, sent back to Ohio) and has no bearing on audio. Should a refund request stall, the FTC explains how to take the charge up with whoever issued your card.
Once it plays
When the track finally opens, the seller’s suggestion is headphones, eyes closed and one listen a day, with a running time the seller gives as about 7 minutes (we could not check). Our safety advice: a gentle volume, no listening at the wheel, and a doctor’s opinion before you begin if seizures, epilepsy or weak hearing are part of your medical picture. Keep in mind that the presenter uses a pen name, Dr. Robert Lake, as the site’s disclaimer admits; that the Terms allow testimonials to be acted, voiced by avatars or paid for, so the success stories (and the 18,366 or 19,389 people the pages claim to have helped, two numbers that do not even agree) are marketing rather than evidence; and that the Terms call the whole range “for entertainment purposes only”. For who runs the company behind the site, see the official company facts.
Where the order page is
One last practical point if you are about to buy or re-buy. The official site’s home page currently features the seller’s related audio, The Genius Wave; The Genius Song presentation is on the same site’s /video/ page. Before you pay, confirm on ClickBank’s page that the item is the Song, so the access you get is for the product you wanted.

Bottom line
Most genius song download problems are solved in a few minutes: search every folder, check the address on the receipt, and open the original email again on a new device. If the receipt is missing or the address is wrong, the place to go is ClickBank’s order line, 1-800-390-6035. If the link, file or portal fails, write to [email protected]. Never type card numbers into a page reached from a surprise email, and if access never works, ask ClickBank for your refund within 90 days.
