The Genius Song official record is spread across a sales video, a Terms page, a footer disclaimer and a ClickBank checkout. Put together, it answers the questions a careful buyer asks before paying: which company sells it, where it is based, who processes the money, how to reach support and what shows on a bank statement. This page collects those facts in one place, each taken from the seller’s own pages or the checkout.

Happy Consumer LLC, the company in the Terms

The Terms name Happy Consumer LLC as the business behind the product, and the footer copyright line repeats the name. Its base is Puerto Rico, whose law the Terms adopt, and the privacy section adds that data may be processed there and in other places where staff or contractors work. Buyers must be 18 or older.

The Terms also set out what the purchase is in legal terms: a copyrighted digital article for personal use, licensed to a single user, with no right to copy, share or resell it. Buying one product signs you up to email lists that HappyConsumerPublishing.com manages, and those mailings may include outside offers about manifesting, spirituality, horoscopes, numbers and prayer. Every message should carry an unsubscribe link.

ClickBank’s role and what it does not mean

ClickBank is the retailer. It hosts the checkout, takes the payment, sends the receipt and processes refunds. The seller’s footer spells out a limit on that role: ClickBank acting as retailer “does not constitute an endorsement” of the product or its claims. In other words, a ClickBank checkout tells you the payment and refund system is real. It says nothing about whether the track works.

Two ClickBank facts are worth writing down:

  • The vendor ID is geniusbr. It is visible in the checkout address. If you land on a payment page with a different vendor name in the address, you are not buying from this seller.
  • The refund window is 90 days. The checkout states that ClickBank will allow a return or replacement within 90 days of purchase. The Terms match it for digital products. The site’s separate /TOS/refunds/ page, which describes returning unopened NeuroActivate bottles within 60 days to Ohio, is a leftover from another product and does not apply. Use ClickBank’s route and keep the receipt.

The item behind the checkout carries one more detail. ClickBank’s vendor settings for it list the brand as The Genius Song but an internal descriptor of TheGeniusWave. The checkout itself states that the charge will appear as CLKBANK*Genius Song. We report both as found.

The presenter: officially a pen name

On camera, the host gives his name as doctor Robert Lake, mentions a clinic in New York City and claims decades in neuroscience; the /text/ page adds the label “NASA-Trained”. The official record contradicts the name. Small print under the sales pages admits the name is borrowed: Robert Lake is described as “a pen name” used with consent by a neuroscientist guarding his family’s privacy. It goes on to call the credentials genuine and verified, but names nobody and offers no proof. So the only official fact about the presenter is that his name is not his name.

The Terms treat the testimonials in a similar way. They say customer names have been changed, that the seller uses pen names, and that parts of the marketing have been dramatized. Feedback may be acted out by digital representations, avatars or actors. Payment was made to some of those featured, others are close to the founders as family, friends or first supporters, and the results they report are labelled exceptional, not typical.

A third address, [email protected], appears on the site’s home page. It is the same contact address that the seller’s Genius Switch site lists. For anything about a Genius Song order, the support and ClickBank routes above are the direct ones. If an email claiming to be from the seller asks for card details or a password, treat it as suspect; our guide to Genius Song scam risks covers that in more depth.

One publisher, several audio products

Happy Consumer runs more than one product of this kind. Three facts are on the record:

  1. The Genius Switch. Its Terms come from the same publisher, Happy Consumer of Puerto Rico, and its site lists the same [email protected] contact. It sells through a different ClickBank vendor ID, thegeniusx.
  2. The Genius Wave. It is sold from the same domain and the same vendor ID, geniusbr. The official site’s home page currently features the seller’s related audio, The Genius Wave; The Genius Song presentation is on the same site’s /video/ page. The seller’s own pages pitch the Wave as 12 minutes aimed at theta and the Song as 7 minutes aimed at gamma, and each has its own checkout.
  3. Shared pages. The Genius Wave’s /vsl/ page uses the same “Tesla’s 7-Second Brain Trick” headline and the same 14-item reference list as the Genius Song page.

We state these as facts and draw no conclusion beyond them. If you want to see how each page of the site fits together, our tour of the official website walks through them in order.

Official statements a buyer should read

Beyond names and numbers, the seller’s official pages contain statements that frame the whole product:

  • “For Entertainment Purposes Only.” The Terms state that brain entrainment “is not an exact science” and offer the seller’s products as entertainment. A separate clause says nothing on the site is medical, financial or legal advice.
  • Research claim. The same Terms assert that all claims about brainwave entrainment, focus and mental energy are backed by established research. It sits awkwardly beside the entertainment line.
  • FDA line. A footnote concedes the FDA never reviewed these statements and rules out any disease-related use.
  • Customer counts. The video says 18,366 Americans have been helped; the /text/ headline says 19,389. Neither is verified, and they do not match.
  • Bonuses. The video promises “three free bonuses” but lists four items: a kids’ audio called The Genius Child, a decades-old book about wealth and success, a visualization by an author known on the Calm app, and a sheet of five habits. The /text/ page promises “4 free bonuses” and describes three (the book, the “Genius Visualization” and the “Create Your Ideal Future” infographic).

What “official” does and does not guarantee

Buying through the official site and ClickBank gives you a receipt, a statement name you can recognise, a support address and a 90-day refund route. It does not make the claims official facts. The track, which the seller says lasts about 7 minutes and which we have not heard, is sold as entertainment by the seller’s own Terms. Should you listen anyway, we suggest a low volume, no sessions while driving or working machines, and medical advice beforehand for anyone with epilepsy, past seizures or impaired hearing.
