Typing “The Brain Song scam” into a search bar usually means one thing: you are being careful. Good. Here is the reassuring truth. The Brain Song itself is a real, 12-minute digital audio, sold by its seller through an official page with a ClickBank checkout and a 90-day money-back guarantee. The thing worth avoiding is not the product, it is the fake download sites and copycats that pop up around any popular name. This guide shows you how to sidestep them and buy safely.

The Brain Song scam question, answered
When people worry about a scam, they usually mean one of three things: the seller is not real, the product never arrives, or there is no way to get money back. For the genuine Brain Song, none of those apply.
- The seller is named. The terms identify Happy Consumer LLC, based in Puerto Rico.
- The product arrives digitally. It is a 12-minute audio with download or stream access after purchase.
- A refund route exists. You can request a refund within 90 days of your initial purchase.
Our legitimacy checklist walks through each of these points if you would like more detail.
Where the real risk comes from: copies
The Brain Song is a short, simple audio, and that makes it easy to imitate. Whenever a product gets attention, lookalikes follow. They tend to come in a few familiar forms.
| Type of copy | Why it is a problem |
|---|---|
| Fake download pages | The file may not be the real audio, and there is no order record |
| “Free” file offers | They are not from the seller, so they come with no support |
| Lookalike web addresses | They imitate the real page to collect payment details |
| Reuploaded audio on video or music sites | It is not an official product and cannot be refunded |
The seller sells The Brain Song through its own page, via ClickBank. It is not sold as an official product on Amazon, Spotify or YouTube, so anything claiming otherwise deserves a pause.
How to buy safely in five steps
- Start from the seller’s page. The address is gobrainsong.com, and the link on this page leads to the seller’s order page.
- Check the checkout. The payment page should be a ClickBank checkout. If it asks you to send money some other way, stop.
- Look at the price. The genuine price is $39, paid once. A very different price is a signal to double-check.
- Keep your confirmation. Your order number is what unlocks the refund and any support request.
- Use the right contacts. Email [email protected] or contact ClickBank order support.

Why buying the genuine version protects you
The sensible way to think about “scam” is in terms of protection. When you buy from the seller’s genuine page, three layers of protection come with the order. The first is the 90-day money-back guarantee, which the terms describe for digital purchases. The second is ClickBank order support, a second point of contact besides the seller. The third is the seller’s own support, by email and by phone. A copy offers none of these. The price of the genuine audio, $39 once, works out to about 43 cents a day if you listen throughout the 90-day window, which is small money for a purchase with this much protection. See our price guide for the full breakdown.
Why a “free download” is not a bargain
A free copy sounds like a win, but it has hidden costs. There is no way to know what a file from an unknown page really contains. There is no support if it will not play. And there is no refund, because a refund needs a real order. A real purchase, by contrast, is covered by the 90-day guarantee, which already makes trying The Brain Song low-risk. For the full picture, see our guide to the free download question.
Spotting a copycat in seconds
You do not need technical skill to protect yourself. A short mental checklist is enough.
- Does the page push you to “download now” with no checkout? The genuine route goes through a ClickBank checkout where you receive an order number.
- Is the price oddly different from $39? A much lower figure or a countdown timer should make you stop.
- Does it promise something the seller never says? The seller describes a relaxing sound designed to support focus, learning and mental wellness. Dramatic, overnight-transformation language is not the seller’s wording.
- Is the address strange? A page that merely resembles the seller’s name is not the seller’s page.
- Is it a video or music upload? Reuploads are not official products and have no refund route.
If a page fails even one of those questions, close it and start again from the seller’s page. The extra minute is worth it.

What a genuine order looks like
After you buy, you should have a ClickBank receipt with an order number, plus messages from the seller. The seller’s emails come from BrainSongOfficial.com. After purchase you also join the seller’s email list and may see further offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. That is normal for this kind of product and is described in the terms.
If anything about your order looks unusual, you can reach out through any of these:
- Email: [email protected], subject “Refund Request” if you want your money back.
- Phone: +1 251-501-2766, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 EST.
- ClickBank order support: clkbank.com.
If you already used a suspicious page
Do not panic. Close the page, and do not open any file you were given. Delete it, run a scan with your device’s security software and, if you typed card details into a page you do not trust, contact your bank to ask about protection. Then, if you still want The Brain Song, start again from the seller’s page.
Our verdict
The Brain Song is a genuine product with a clear price, a recognized retailer and a generous guarantee. Our editorial score is 4.5 out of 5, which is our own score and not a customer rating. Buy from the right place and the scam worry largely disappears. For the full set of facts, see the The Brain Song hub page, and for the ordering walk-through, read our guide to where to buy The Brain Song.
Good to know The Brain Song is delivered digitally. The seller’s terms describe it as for entertainment purposes and say brain entrainment is not an exact science, and results vary. Listen at a comfortable volume, and never while driving or operating machinery.
