FemiCore capsules are the whole product: there is no powder, gummy or liquid version, just a bottle of 30 capsules taken one a day. This page looks at the capsule as a physical object. You will find the count and how far it stretches, what one capsule contains, what it means to carry live probiotics in capsule form, how to store and travel with the bottle, and a plain list of the capsule details the seller does not state.
For the label panel and how to combine FemiCore with other supplements, see our FemiCore supplement guide. The morning habit itself is covered in FemiCore how to use. Our FemiCore buyer guide has the verdict and prices in one place.

FemiCore capsules at a glance
Some facts about the capsule come straight from the seller. Others are simply missing from what the seller publishes. We have kept the two apart, and where a detail is not stated we say so rather than guess.
| Capsule detail | What we know |
|---|---|
| Capsules per bottle | 30 |
| Daily amount | One per day, in the morning, alongside a big glass of water |
| Bottle lasts | One month |
| Contents | 9 ingredients in one proprietary blend |
| Live cultures | 5 Lactobacillus species |
| Stimulants | None, according to the seller |
| GMO status | Non-GMO, according to the seller |
| Capsule size | Not stated |
| Shell material (vegetarian or gelatin) | Not stated |
| Other ingredients and fillers | Not stated in the seller information we have |
| Colour and smell | Not stated |
| Delayed-release or acid-resistant shell | Not stated |
| Bacteria count (CFU) | Not disclosed |
If any “not stated” line matters to you, such as the shell for a vegetarian diet, check the printed panel on your own bottle or ask support before you order rather than after.
What is inside one capsule
Every capsule carries the same blend. Four are plant ingredients: cranberry extract, granular berberine, bearberry (uva ursi) and mimosa pudica. The other five are live bacteria: L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. crispatus, L. gasseri and L. plantarum.
All nine share one blend with no individual amounts printed, so the capsule tells you what is in it but not how much of each. That has a practical side for the capsule as an object. A single capsule has limited room, and the more ingredients it carries, the smaller each share must be. Without amounts, you cannot judge whether any one ingredient reaches the level used in research.
One capsule a day: the count math
Thirty capsules at one a day is a simple calendar, and the count in the bottle doubles as a check on how well you are keeping to it.
| Order | Capsules | Days at 1 a day | Runs out around |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | 60 | 60 | End of month 2 |
| 3 bottles | 90 | 90 | End of month 3 |
| 6 bottles | 180 | 180 | End of month 6 |
A quick adherence check. On any day, the capsules left in your open bottle plus the day number should equal 30. On day 12 you should have 18 left. If you have 22, you have missed four days, which is worth knowing if you are judging results.
Never make up missed capsules. If you find extras at the end of the month, take one a day as normal and simply start the next bottle a few days later. Taking two at once doubles everything in the blend, including the bearberry and berberine.

Probiotics in capsule form: what that means
Most of the ingredient count in FemiCore is live bacteria, and a capsule is a tough place for them. They have to stay alive in the bottle until the best-before date, then survive stomach acid on the way through. Three points follow.
The shell matters, and it is not described. Some probiotic products use shells designed to resist stomach acid or release later in the gut. The seller information we have does not say whether FemiCore does, so you cannot assume it.
There is no count to measure against. Probiotic labels often give colony-forming units, ideally “at expiry” rather than “at manufacture”. FemiCore gives neither, and it names species without strain codes. Results in probiotic research belong to particular strains, so the capsule cannot be matched to a study.
The route is long. The best urinary result for L. crispatus came from a product used vaginally, not swallowed. A capsule has to reach the urinary area by way of the gut, which has not been shown for this product.
None of this means the bacteria are dead or useless. It means the capsule format adds questions the label does not answer. For how those questions play out in a real trial of the product, our does FemiCore work test plan shows how to judge your own result.
Storage that protects the capsules
Heat, moisture and air are what wear down live cultures and can make capsule shells soft or brittle. Because the seller information we have does not include a storage line, follow whatever is printed on your bottle, and use these general rules for probiotic capsules.
- Cool and dry. A cupboard or drawer at room temperature, away from the stove, the kettle and sunny windows.
- Lid tight. Close it straight after you take a capsule, and leave any moisture-absorbing sachet inside.
- Sealed until needed. Keep spare bottles unopened. That also keeps them in good shape if you send an order back.
- Fridge only if the label says so. Taking a bottle in and out of a cold fridge can draw condensation inside.
Signs a capsule has been damaged
| What you notice | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Capsules stuck together or sticky | Moisture or heat | Stop using that bottle and contact support |
| Cracked or crumbling shells | Very dry or rough handling | Do not take broken capsules; contact support |
| Unusual smell or colour change | Exposure, or age | Check the best-before date; contact support |
| Broken seal on a new bottle | Tampering or damage in transit | Do not use it; photograph it and contact support |

Travelling with FemiCore capsules
A daily capsule is easy to forget on a trip. A few habits help.
- Count before you pack. Take one capsule per day of the trip plus two spare in case of delays.
- Keep the original bottle. A labeled bottle is easier to explain at security or customs than loose capsules in a bag. Rules for carrying supplements differ by country, so check them for international trips.
- Carry-on, not checked bag. Holds and parked cars can get hot. Hand luggage stays at cabin temperature.
- Switch to local mornings. Across time zones, take the capsule on the new local morning. A gap or an overlap of a few hours on the travel day does not matter; a doubled dose does.
- Skip weekly pill boxes for long trips. Each compartment lets in air and humidity. For a weekend, a small airtight container is fine.

What the label tells you about the capsule, and what it does not
The front of the bottle carries three short claims: a healthy urinary system, support for bladder control, and microbiome balance. Another line reads “Clinically researched ingredients”. That phrase points at research on the individual ingredients. Nobody has published a trial of the complete capsule.
| You can learn from the bottle | You cannot learn from the bottle |
|---|---|
| The serving: one capsule | The weight of any single ingredient |
| The number of capsules: 30 | The live bacteria count |
| The nine ingredient names | Strain codes for the probiotics |
| The seller’s three claims | Whether the shell resists stomach acid |
| Seals the seller shows, such as GMP Certified and Made in an FDA registered facility | The name of the manufacturer or the certifier |
That last row needs a plain reading. A registered facility is a factory listed with the FDA, and the listing describes the plant, not the product inside the bottle. As a dietary supplement, FemiCore sits under the FDA’s supplement rules, which differ from the review that medicines go through before sale.
Swallowing tips
The direction calls for a big glass of water, and that is also the easiest way to get a capsule down. Take a sip first, place the capsule on your tongue, then drink the rest while looking slightly down rather than tipping your head back. If capsules make you gag or you have a swallowing problem, ask a pharmacist before you order; the seller does not say whether the capsule can be opened, and altering it could change how the contents behave.
Before you start
Treat this page as general guidance rather than medical advice. The official site recommends a physician’s input before use for women who are pregnant or nursing, on any medication, or managing a medical condition. Berberine inside the capsule can lower blood sugar and interact with many drugs, and bearberry is traditionally used only for short courses. If you notice blood in your urine, a fever, burning, pain in your flank or a sudden shift in bladder control, see a doctor first.
Bottom line
FemiCore capsules come 30 to a bottle, one a day, so each bottle is a month and the count in it tells you how often you have missed. Inside each capsule are four plant ingredients and five live Lactobacillus species in an undisclosed mix. The seller does not state the shell material, size, CFU count or whether the capsule resists stomach acid, so check your bottle for anything that matters to you. Store it cool, dry and closed, carry it in hand luggage, and never double up. We give FemiCore an editorial score of 3.9 out of 5.
