Buy Joint Genesis: A Simple Step-by-Step Guide to Ordering

How to buy Joint Genesis in seven steps

Step 1: Decide how long you want to try it

Each bottle holds 30 capsules, and you take one a day, so a bottle lasts 30 days. The seller says some customers notice changes in 3 to 4 weeks, while most notice them after three months of consistent daily use. That is why many buyers pick 3 or 6 bottles.

Step 2: Choose your package

As listed on the official order page (prices checked October 27, 2026):

Package	Supply	Total	Per bottle	US shipping	Bonuses
2 bottles	60 days	$158	$79	+ $9.95	None
3 bottles	90 days	$207	$69	+ $9.95	None
6 bottles	180 days	$294	$49	Free	2 free e-books

The 6-bottle package adds “17 Joint-Supporting Smoothies” and “Youthful Joints for Life,” valued by the seller at $29.95 each. It works out to about $1.63 a day ($294 divided by 180 days). For more detail, see our Joint Genesis price guide.

Step 3: Open the official order page

Use the buttons on this page. They open the official Joint Genesis order page directly. The seller says Joint Genesis is never available in stores, so there is no need to look anywhere else. Our guide to where to buy Joint Genesis explains why.

Step 4: Check out securely

The payment page runs on ClickBank. Fill in your details, including your name and the email address you check most often, because order updates and your confirmation come to that address. The seller says it is a one-time payment, with no subscription and no auto-ship, so you pay once for the package you chose. If you need help with a payment, ClickBank provides order support at clkbank.com.

Ordering from outside the US? Shipping is $19.95 on the 2-bottle and 3-bottle packages, and customs or taxes are paid by the buyer.

Step 5: Save your order details

Keep your order email and order confirmation number somewhere safe. If you ever want to use the guarantee, support will ask for your first name, last name, order email and confirmation number. This takes ten seconds now and saves time later.

Step 6: Wait for delivery

The seller says orders ship right away. In the US, expect your bottles in 5 to 7 business days. Outside the US, delivery can take up to two weeks. Remember that your 180 days start at the order date, so the timer begins as soon as you check out.

Step 7: Start your morning routine

When the bottles arrive, take one capsule a day with water, preferably in the morning. Pair it with something you already do, such as breakfast. If you ordered the 6-bottle package, open the two e-books as well: one has 17 smoothie recipes, and the other covers simple at-home habits for healthy joint function.

What you are getting

Joint Genesis is a dietary supplement from BioDynamix, designed to support joint comfort, lubrication and flexibility, according to the seller. Each capsule contains ginger 200 mg, boswellia extract 100 mg (65% boswellic acid), a hyaluronic acid matrix 80 mg (the seller calls it Mobilee), French maritime pine bark extract 150 mg and black pepper extract 5 mg (95% piperine). The seller says it is made following cGMP in an FDA-inspected facility in the USA and has a two-year shelf life. Read more in our Joint Genesis reviews.

If you ever want a refund

Your safety net is simple. Within 180 days of your order date, contact [email protected] or call (800) 589-4191 (Mon-Fri 6am-5pm, Sat 6am-2pm Pacific) with your name, order email and confirmation number. Then return only the unopened bottles with the packing slip to BIODYNAMIX, 19655 E 35th Dr, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011. The buyer pays return shipping, and the refund follows within 5 to 7 business days after the bottles arrive. Opened or empty bottles do not need to go back.

Common ordering questions

Which email should I use? The one you check daily, because order updates and your confirmation arrive there.

Can I change packages after ordering? Contact support at [email protected] or (800) 589-4191 as soon as possible, and have your confirmation number ready.

What if I do not see my confirmation? Check your spam folder first, then contact ClickBank order support at clkbank.com.

Do I need to start right away? Taking one capsule each morning is the routine the seller suggests, and the 180-day guarantee runs from your order date.

Is a doctor visit needed? Ask a doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

A few tips before you order

• Check with a doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. People on blood thinners or diabetes medicine should ask their doctor, since the formula includes ginger, boswellia and pine bark.
• Mind the animal source. The hyaluronic acid matrix includes collagen type II from an animal source, so people avoiding animal products should check with the seller.
• Plan for consistency. Daily use matters more than any single day.

What to expect on delivery day

When your package arrives, check that the bottles are sealed and that the packing slip is inside. Keep that slip in a safe place, since you return it with unopened bottles if you ever use the guarantee. Each bottle holds 30 capsules and is a 30-day supply, so you can line up the bottles in a cupboard and start with the first.

Your first week

Keep it easy. Take one capsule each morning with a glass of water, ideally at the same time. Add a short walk or a few gentle stretches if that suits you, and make a note in your calendar for the four-week and twelve-week marks. The seller says some customers notice changes in 3 to 4 weeks and most after three months of daily use, so there is no need to judge too early.

Before you click: a short checklist

Have your card and shipping address ready. Choose your package. Check that the page you are on is the official order page that our buttons open. Make sure you have an email address you read often. Decide where you will keep your confirmation number. With those five things done, the whole order takes just a few minutes, and you can go back to enjoying your day while your bottles are on their way.
